The ATP Standardization & Calibration Kit is an add-on capability for all "GLO" assays from Preferred Cell Systems™. The kit allows the luminescence plate reader to be calibrated and the assay to be fully standardized and, if required, validated, according to FDA Bioanalytical Method Validation Guidelines.

The Kit allows non-standardized relative luminescence units (RLU) to be converted into standardized ATP concentrations (in µM) by performing an ATP standard curve prior to processing and measuring samples.
